We provide compassionate, personalized guidance and expert advocacy to clients in the Chicagoland area & nationwide and ensure every client’s health related needs, rights, and choices are fully affirmed and respected.

AffirMD Advocacy was founded by Sheena C. Mbachu, MD, MPH, with a mission to make healthcare more compassionate, transparent, and empowering for patients and families.

Drawing from years of clinical experience, Dr. Mbachu saw firsthand how patients often feel lost in a system that can be complex and overwhelming. She created AffirMD Advocacy to change that — offering guidance, support, and clarity at every stage of care.

Today, AffirMD helps clients navigate treatment decisions, coordinate with providers, and ensure their voices are heard in every healthcare setting.
